About Goalystats
Goalystats is a football statistics and news website. These terms apply to using the site and to the free membership and prediction game.
Who can have an account
Accounts are for people aged 18 or older. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 and that the details you give are yours. One person may keep one account.
The prediction game is free and has no cash value
The prediction game uses free points. Points are not money, cannot be bought, cannot be sold, cannot be exchanged for money, prizes, goods or services, and have no value outside the game. We do not run any game of chance for money, we take no payments for the game, and no prizes are given for results.
Win chances in the game come from public market information and our own ratings. They are shown only to set the points a pick pays. Goalystats does not offer betting, does not accept stakes in money and does not link to betting operators.
Fair play
Do not use more than one account, do not use automated tools, do not abuse bugs and do not pick a display name that is offensive or impersonates someone. We may remove points, reset a balance, hide a name or close an account that breaks these rules.
Accuracy of information
Scores, statistics, line-ups and predictions come from third-party sources and our own calculations. They may be late, incomplete or wrong. Predictions and chances are estimates, not advice, and must not be relied on for any real-money decision.
Your account and content
Keep your password private. You can delete your account at any time on the account page; this removes your details, clubs and predictions for good. We may suspend the service or change the game at any time.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Goalystats is not liable for losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or the game.
